After hotel pickup at 9:30 AM, visit Göreme Open Air Museum, described on the current tour page as consisting of five Byzantine Orthodox churches. Continue to Uçhisar to photograph “The Castle” and enjoy the scenery, followed by a lunch break with the opportunity to enjoy Turkish cuisine in a restaurant.
In Avanos, famous for its pottery, watch a demonstration and try making pottery yourself. Continue to the fairy-chimney valley of Paşabağı, followed by Çavuşin and Rose Valley with their beautiful red rock formations. Next, visit Devrent Valley and the Ürgüp fairy chimneys known as the Three Sisters.
Stop at a panoramic viewpoint for unforgettable views of fairy chimneys and remarkable rock formations. The tour then visits Kaymaklı Underground City, described as the widest underground city in Cappadocia.
