After hotel pickup at 9:30 AM, begin in Ortahisar, with a photo opportunity overlooking its dramatic rock castle. Continue to Mustafapaşa, formerly known as Sinasos, an old Greek village with historic Greek churches.

Travel through Şahinefendi to the recently excavated Roman ruins of Sobesos, known for their beautiful floor mosaics. In Soğanlı Valley, walk approximately 2 km, visit its famous cave churches and stop for lunch in Soğanlı village.
